Developed campus case examples started with synchronized acceleration emails to several university, government and enterprise leaderships, from Global Incubator Universities founder-coordinator to key strategic partners and/or competitors. The idea was to stimulate partnerships and/or competitive reaction.
All cases described resulted in a sequential similar project development, but usually without the main strategic/systemic components proposed, as art-technology combination, residential-commercial combination, permanent 24 hour education, no/low rent, revenue royalty and/or capital participation, start-up portfolio fund, fund/university national/global IPO, global monetary/financial system participation (www.globolsa.com) and global/national political system participation (www.globocean.org and www.ddun.org), with the main objective to zero out poverty, taxation, legislation and labor (replaced for intellectual capital with monthly dividends) specially with Social Security, Health, Investment, Individual Funds.
These main elements are currently being proposed to new administrators of implemented campuses, to those that refused to implement campuses, to new prospects, but specially towards independent campuses. The traditional university-enterprise innovation model has to do with a donation, licensing and consulting system. The traditional university incubators have not diverged significantly from this traditional model because of the lack of introduction of the key elements described above, to make sure start-up entrepreneurs will drop-in instead of dropping-out from university.
Given the current dogmatic bureaucratic leaderships refusal to diverge significantly from their current model, we will prioritize creating independent Global Incubator Campuses and/or administrative control over traditional universities.
