The education, health, and safety industries must be evaluated not only by economic results but also by citizen/consumer outcomes, including their education, health, and safety, because there are conflicts of interest. If the consumer is highly educated, healthy, and safe, they will demand less from the industry/state; if they are not, they will demand more.
The neoclassic scientific paradigm of education, health, and safety (passive science/absolute truth) and even modern (passive-active science/relative truth), dominates the industry because they are more profitable in the short term, but are inefficient for the consumer and society in the short and long term.
The post-modern scientific paradigm (active science/creative truth, without absolute or relative truths, where everything is possible at a certain individual and collective cost and benefit) allows the citizen/consumer to develop the capacity for coordinated self-learning and achieve super-intelligence, which can also be aided by super artificial intelligence, making Human beings innovative, creative, free and independent.
Absolute neoclassical science incorporates the religious premise of absolute truth, the laws of Mother Nature created by God, the Father. Even the atheist neoclassical scientist believes in a god created by man, who is replaced by geniuses who discovered and measured complex and hardly mutable truths in their finite lives or professional careers. Modern relative science paves the way for the relativistic truth, but maintains the possibility of subjective choice of neoclassical regression; the neo-modern maintains the old truth with incremental innovations that preserve neoclassical institutions, including religion.
The Big Bang, singularity, black hole, space-time and dark energy/matter, for example, are mysterious abstract concepts that cover theoretical inefficient holes and pave the way for religious connection. Death continues to be defined by neoclassical allopathic medicine as the loss of energy compatible with the departure of the religious soul, even with more than 99.99% of cells alive. Creative post-modern science produces, from will, need, ability, solutions with a measurable/comparable cost/benefit for the individual and society.
Thus, if the main motivator of religion is the desire for eternal life, creative science produces Biological Medicine of Permanent Life, which describes 5 levels of Life and 5 of Existence that can be sustained, regressed and progressed indefinitely. Even the so-called paradise or heaven fantasized by religion, with a preserved photonic identity, can be created, with the temporary cryopreservation of a body, that has a generalized vascular blockage, with a hologram with Artificial Intelligence memory interacting with other holograms or with Bio-humans. But biological human life, which is already regenerative, can sustain regeneration permanently. Thus, the main religious and neoclassical motivator disappears, and the creative postmodern human of Permanent Life and Existence emerges.
